Request deletion of SpiltOps Facebook data
SpiltOps is a Page-management tool operated by INFINITY DIGITAL AGENCY, INC, doing business as Spilt Media. Our accepted pilot currently uses the Spilt Media Facebook Page; the new client connection service is not accepting ordinary client connections. To ask us to delete information we hold about your interaction or Page connection, email info@spiltmedia.com with the subject SpiltOps Facebook Data Request.
Max Jennings is responsible for handling these requests on behalf of Spilt Media.
Please provide the Facebook Page involved, the approximate date of the interaction, and enough detail for us to find it. If useful, include your Facebook profile link or the name you used in the conversation. Tell us which data you want removed, if you know. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification or unrelated sensitive information.
What the request covers
We review the request, confirm which records relate to you and determine which records Spilt Media controls. These may include locally retained conversation context, reply drafts, review categories and reasons, connection credentials and associated action records. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify the request and locate the exact records. We do not ask you to email a Facebook password, access token or government identity document. The notification receiver keeps limited delivery summaries without message text or individual sender identifiers; those summaries may not allow us to identify a particular person’s interaction on their own.
We will explain the outcome, including any additional information needed to locate a record and any information that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation. Copies in backups, AI chats or other service providers are handled through their applicable controls; deleting the active local queue alone does not establish that those copies are gone.
Our operating retention policy is to remove locally stored message and draft content after 30 days and routine content-free action receipts after 90 days. These age limits are applied when the relevant tools or maintenance commands run. A continuous background cleanup schedule is not currently enabled, so an inactive queue can retain records until maintenance runs. Minimal content-free markers can remain to prevent duplicate actions, avoid reimporting removed data or resolve an outstanding action. We are completing the maintenance setup before broader client operation.
Connection removal and request status
A connected Page representative can use the connection receipt’s disconnect control during its active session, or contact us afterward. You can also remove the app using Facebook’s Business Integrations controls. Disconnecting the SpiltOps connection disables that connection and removes its credentials from the affected store; it does not by itself prove every local, provider or backup copy is erased or that Meta has revoked every app grant.
The new automated Meta deletion callback is not yet enabled. Please use the email request above. For a request coordinated through the implemented deletion service when it becomes available, a receipt can show that access has been disabled while deletion remains pending. It is marked complete only after the required local-store and privacy-owner handling has been acknowledged. A pending or unknown remote revocation is reported as such; an acknowledgment is not a claim that Meta deleted its own records.
Facebook keeps its own records
Deleting information from SpiltOps does not delete your Facebook account, messages, comments or other content held by Meta. Use Facebook’s own controls for those records. Disconnecting a business integration and deleting information already held by Spilt Media are separate actions. Ordinary people messaging our Page do not have a separate SpiltOps login to close.
